Cercle Map
A self-initiated project: I came to Cercle with the idea and a working build, they loved it and adopted it, and it now lives on their official subdomain. Every full set, 174 shows across 33 countries, is plotted at its real venue on a 3D globe, with a satellite view, a Spotify-style persistent player, search, and channel-wide statistics.
Behind the front, a Python pipeline scrapes the YouTube catalog weekly, classifies and geocodes each video, and syncs everything into Supabase alongside a view-count history that tracks how each set performs over time. A scheduled cron triggers a Vercel rebuild after every sync, so the site ships fresh data with zero manual work. The Next.js front is fully static, mobile-hardened, and streams videos through a single persistent YouTube player that survives navigation.
